Marie Treslow  //  En knutpunkt i hemmet
Marie Treslow

An alarming reflection that often recurs in my mind is whether we now really have time to see each other, for real? Parallel to that thought, is the realization of how important it actually is to feel and be noticed.

With my degree project, I will investigate if I can create a piece of furniture for the home that invites meetings in order to be seen. Why for the home? I think first and foremost, it is where the need for security and confirmation is established.

My vision was to create a table that works as a heart in the home; a central point to gather around, both for dining and also for other purposes.
